How much do you charge?

When operating on a time and material basis our hourly fee is $75. For example if your repair required a 2-person team one hour to complete the labor portion of the bill would be for two hours equaling $150+tax. It would be same amount if it takes one person two hours.

When operating on a bid the price of the job is fixed before any work begins and will not exceed the agreed upon amount no matter how long it takes. Often the bid documents will contain exclusions. A common example is when replacing a toilet. The toilet replacement price is fixed, but if it becomes evident when removing the old toilet that the piping is failing, that portion is excluded from the bid and would require additional labor. Any exclusions from the bid will be clearly communicated and documented before starting the work.

All jobs are under $1000.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we offer discounts for US Service Veterans, and Senior Citizens.

Do you offer other services that aren’t specifically listed ?

Yes we offer a wide variety of services, however our specialty is plumbing. We also have a network of professional connections to provide referrals for services we do not offer. We do not earn commission or any other form of compensation through these referrals.

Do you have an Arizona Contractors license?

No. Fix force is a new business starting in May of 2025, and we are currently in the process of obtaining a General Contractors License and a specialty license in Plumbing.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. Fix Force LLC carries one million dollars of liability coverage as well as Workmans’ Comp, and the state required performance bond. We also maintain city business licenses in our areas of operation.

Do you repair Septic main lines or pump septic tanks?

We do not offer these services at this time, but can direct you to a qualified professional in your area.
